Washing Instructions: Turn the garment inside out and wash with similar colours at 30°C, then take it out straight after the wash. Lay flat to dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight, and do not use fabric softener, bleach, or a tumble dryer.
You may return any unwanted item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within this timeframe. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

What is it made for?
It is a low impact bra, at home in pilates, yoga, lifting and everyday wear. For running or HIIT, a high impact style will give you more.
How does the band sit?
Snug and level, without pressing in. If there is a lot of give at the ribs, the next size down usually feels better. If it leaves a mark, the next size up will.
Are the pads removable?
Yes. They come out for a softer line and stay in for a little more shape, whichever suits your day.
How does it fit between sizes?
The smaller size gives a firmer hold, the larger a little more ease. Both work well, and the size finder can help you decide.
How is it best washed?
It keeps its stretch with a cold wash, inside out, and drying flat in the shade. Softener and the dryer are best avoided, as warmth relaxes the elastane over time.
