Turn the garment inside out and wash with similar colours at 30°C, then take it out straight after the wash. Lay flat to dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight, and do not use fabric softener, bleach, or a tumble dryer.

No need. The oversized shape is built into the cut, so your usual size gives you the look it was designed for. A size down simply reads as a regular t-shirt.
Is it light enough for the heat?
Yes. The fabric is lightweight and the cut is easy, so air moves through rather than the fabric sitting against you.
Does the neckline stretch out?
No. The crew neck is a soft rib that holds its shape wash after wash.
Will it shrink?
Not with a cold wash and air drying. A warm dryer is the only thing that tends to shorten it.
Is it made for training?
Yes. Light enough to move in and long enough to cover, from the last set to the walk home.
